It’s very important that I introduce you to my mortgage team as they help make sure your mortgage experience is first class. Lily has been working with me for the past 30 years. She is my cousin but more importantly a very close and trusted friend. Just as implied by her last name, she is very good at what she does! Lily has run all of my companies and has hired the great staff we have working with us today. Lily has her mortgage broker license along with her life insurance license and is a trusted advisor on our team. She works with my entire client base to make sure they get the service they so rightly deserve. Lily works very closely with Joanna and our 53 lenders to make sure everything happens in a timely matter. Lily follows the process right thought to closing and makes sure all of the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed.
I have had the privilege of working with Jo for almost my whole career. She is a great friend, and I respect her very much. Joanna’s position is known as an Underwriter. Once we select the best lender that best meets your needs, the process starts. Joanna is the main communicator with our 53 lenders, making sure they have the necessary information required to process ours loans in a timely and efficient manner. Joanna will continue to work with the lender until all conditions are met and your lawyer has all the information necessary to ensure a smooth closing. You can be sure that all aspects of your mortgage transaction will be handled with the utmost care and diligence.
Sarah has worked with me for the past 20 years and is my go- to person for so many aspects of our day-to-day operations. Sarah works every one of my clients collecting the necessary documentations needed and making sure our service is the best of our abilities. She keeps me on my toes and makes sure everything is done properly and in a timely manner.
